Dr. Kelsi is a Licensed Acupuncturist and a California Board Certified Herbalist. She specializes in the treatment of headaches and migraines, anxiety and stress related conditions, autoimmune conditions and complex immune and neuroimmune disorders. She has advanced training in women's health and fertility, cosmetic acupuncture, and microneedling.

Kelsi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine where she also competed as an NCAA division 1 track and field athlete.

After graduating from UC Irvine, Kelsi attended Naturopathic medical school. Unfortunately during her first year, Kelsi became ill. She received multiple autoimmune condition diagnoses, and had to withdraw from her medical school program. Luckily, this is when she discovered acupuncture and Chinese medicine. During one of her first acupuncture sessions, she couldn’t believe how much different she felt after just one acupuncture needle was inserted. She experienced first-hand how quickly and sometimes drastically acupuncture could affect the nervous system and the immune system. Kelsi’s acupuncture and herbal medicine treatments helped her to build back up her strength and resiliency. Once she was back on her feet, she knew she wanted to help others having similar experiences, and that acupuncture was an invaluable tool in doing so. She enrolled and graduated with her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego.

Kelsi now works with patients managing a wide variety of conditions. In all cases, Kelsi’s patient care is gentle, compassionate, and individualized. She takes a holistic approach to healing and considers and addresses the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of her patients.

Kelsi’s treatment plans are as unique as each of her patients. She provides acupuncture treatments, herbal medicine recommendations, cupping therapy, gua sha, moxibustion, vitamin and supplement recommendations, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and when necessary, will perform functional medicine testing. She is also certified in microneedling and completed her microneedling certification course through San Diego Cosmetic Acupuncture.
